Whether you do it for yourself or for your loved ones, cooking is an art meant to bring pleasure and joy. Italian cuisine is not a bunch of recipes - "tomato and basil" , so to say - but is rather a holistic approach to food, which is about genuine ingredients, sensibility to taste and creativity in combinations.

*** OBJECTIVES***
The aim of this course is twofold:
1. Guide you through some classic and more niche preparations of Italian cuisine
2. Introduce you to the sort of sensibility you need to develop to start create on your own

***ABOUT THE COURSE***
Lessons are held conveniently at your place and the course can be tailored to your interests, experience and preferences. We can choose together the recipes to prepare or you can leave the decision to me, in that case I will consider the seasonality, the market offer and I will follow the inspiration of the moment.
We can also go to shop for groceries together as it all starts with choosing good ingredients.
