2. Beat-matching and pitch control (including pitch riding techniques)
3. Creative EQing and fader control for smooth, musical transitions
4. Phrasing and understanding song structure in a DJ context
5. Key awareness and harmonic mixing fundamentals
6. How to work confidently with industry-standard DJ equipment
7. Music curating and the mindset of a digger-selector
8. How to build a DJ set with flow and intention
9. Narrative mixing: energy control, tension, and musical storytelling
Each lesson is adapted to your level and goals, whether you want to play in clubs, improve your technical confidence, or develop a more personal and expressive DJ style.
The aim is to move beyond simply mixing tracks, and towards understanding how to create a coherent and engaging musical experience as a DJ.

Über mich
I would describe myself as a practical and creative DJ mentor who focuses on helping students understand both the technical and artistic side of DJing.
My teaching approach is very hands-on. We spend most of the lesson working directly with music and equipment, so students learn by doing and listening rather than by theory alone. I guide each step in a clear and simple way, while also encouraging experimentation so students can develop their own style and confidence behind the decks.
I hold a BMus (Hons) in Creative Music Technology from the University of Surrey (Department of Music and Media, UK), where I focused on music production and composition, sound design, and creative performance using technology
I especially enjoy working with students who are curious about music, not just mixing technique. My primary goal being to help students develop a personal selector identity and move from simply "playing tracks" to understanding how to build real DJ sets with flow, intention, and personality.
