This class aspires to a regular gentle practice to help center the body and have a solid foundation of yoga sitting, standing positions and sun salutations flow.

Acerca de mí
I teach gentle hatha yoga for beginners and intermediate students. The goal of the class is to build a solid foundation of yoga with sitting, standing positions and sun salutations flow. To deepen the yoga practice and to focus on how the body feels and on what our intention for our class is.
I guide you in the class to practice your Hatha yoga flow and I correct your positions when we do the class. We work on our breathing and the OM sound.
Each position has a variation that can allow your body to practice hatha yoga to the next level, but without obligation.
Formación
Art school education and regular Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga classes of different levels with different teachers and in different locations. Teaching other people has enabled me to pass on what I have myself learned.
Experiencia / Calificaciones
3 years Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga, in my own practice but also in teaching others. Deep practice of Hatha Yoga, regular during 3 years.

Restorative yoga is the most relaxing yoga. It is a gentle, introspective yoga that cultivates inner calm.
Unlike most other yogas, there is no muscle strengthening.
We simply remain in still postures in order to relax the mind, breathe and relax deeply.

Yin Yoga is a slow yoga. The practice of this focuses on connective tissues such as ligaments, bones, joints and even cartilage. It requires little or no muscular engagement. Yin yoga consists of long stretches, combinations of slow and deep breathing as well as postures that must be held for several minutes.

Hatha Yoga combines postures much more quickly than Yin and Restorative yoga and it works on strengthening as well as muscular elasticity.
It also helps to balance the two hemispheres of the brain as well as to harmonize the body and mind.

The benefits of Yoga:

- Strengthen the health of joints and
bone.
- Strengthen the cardiovascular system.
- Improve overall body flexibility.
- Promote better body posture.
- Reduce pain.
- Tone the muscles.
- Help with digestion (twisting postures).
- Reduce stress and anxiety.
- Achieve maximum relaxation by cultivating
abandonment and letting go.
- Help fight depression.

I offer one-hour sessions.

I speak French, English and Spanish (I am perfectly trilingual).

If you would like to take lessons with me, I live in Saint-Mandé.
