Hi!

My name is Michaela, and I offer tutoring in English, Literature, and Writing.

I grew up trilingual and have had a great interest in English since early childhood. Over the years, this interest grew and, combined with my love of reading, ultimately led to writing short stories and poetry in English becoming one of my passions. I speak English at a native speaker level and use it every day.

I have lived in Austria, France, and Bulgaria and have travelled extensively over the years. This extensive travel has allowed me to get to know many people and cultures, which significantly contributed to my decision to study sociology at the University of Vienna.

It's not just people who interest me - I find history, animals (especially cats), and the beauty of nature equally fascinating. Places where nature and history can be admired simultaneously are high on my list of dream destinations, such as the Pyramids of Giza, the Temple of the Sun in Peru, and the Chureito Pagoda in Japan.

Based on my 13 years of experience, I think that A1 level is a very important period in language learning. When learning any language, beginner level students should learn it in the correct order and important details should be explained well by practising previous ones. Students at more advanced levels, such as A2, B1 or above, also need to practice their skills at the previous level thoroughly to improve their language skills. I try to provide good teaching by paying attention to these important points in my lessons. I keep our lessons' notes in a word file. After our lessons, I send you back all the additional notes and exercises that we covered in our lesson as a Word file.
