En tant que professeur franco-belge, je propose des cours particuliers de mathématiques (y compris financières), de probabilités et de statistiques.

Je me déplace, si nécessaire, à domicile dans la région de Bruxelles ainsi que dans le Brabant wallon et flamand, avec une durée minimale de cours de 2 heures. Fort d'une grande expérience, je propose de nombreux exercices pour consolider les connaissances. Des cours à distance sont également possibles via des plateformes telles que Skype, Facebook, etc. Pour les élèves en France, les cours se font exclusivement à distance.

En ce qui concerne les mathématiques, je donne des cours très fréquemment, couvrant l'ensemble du programme du secondaire jusqu'en mathématiques 6 (niveau supérieur). Les sujets abordés comprennent la factorisation, les équations du premier et du deuxième degré (avec l'étude des paraboles), les limites, les dérivées, les intégrales, les exponentielles et les logarithmes, ainsi que la trigonométrie. Je suis également sollicité de temps en temps pour enseigner la géométrie analytique dans l'espace, notamment les équations de droites et de plans.

En ce qui concerne les statistiques et les probabilités, j'enseigne la statistique descriptive et inférentielle (univariée et bivariée) pour le niveau secondaire et supérieur. Cela inclut les intervalles de confiance et les tests d'hypothèses.

I am specialized (>5 years of experience) in tutoring math for school (any level, but preferably higher level), including competitive exams such as the SAT, GRE, GMAT, and the IIT-JEE.

This class is aimed to train
1) high-school students undergoing VWO or an IB curriculum, who are having problems following math at school or university,
2) Anyone who wishes to take the VWO Math-A/B/C entrance examinations by Boswell or CCVX and wants to train for that.

Personally, I am currently working as a Quantitative Researcher of stock markets, and therefore analytical math is also a part of my job.

The classes could be rigorous or lenient depending on the student. There will be periodic homework and I'll make sure that the student achieves her/his desired goals.

Ik zit momenteel in mijn Master Data Science/Analytics aan de Universiteit Antwerpen. In het middelbaar had ik zeven uren wiskunde per week en slaagde ik telkens met hoge punten voor mijn examens. Ik werk met gestructureerde materialen, ben op de hoogte van de verschillende lesmethodes die op school gebruikt worden en blijf zelf ook leren.

Visueel
Veel kinderen begrijpen en onthouden beter als ze het kunnen zien. Vaak helpt een schema, een tekening of een afbeelding heel erg om iets te begrijpen. Door middel van 'visual thinking' worden dingen inzichtelijk en onthoud je het ook beter! In mijn online lessen delen we daarom samen een virtueel whiteboard, waar we allebei aantekeningen op kunnen maken.

Doelgericht
Volgens het principe Leren Zichtbaar Maken neem ik leerlingen mee in hun leerproces. Samen zoeken we uit welke leerdoelen al goed gaan en welke nog niet zijn behaald. Ik maak een plan van aanpak met daarin gerichte oefeningen, strategieën en ondersteuning, afgestemd op de behoeften van je kind. Aan het begin van elke les bespreken we aan welke doelen we gaan werken en gedurende de les kijken we daarop terug.

Je propose des cours particuliers de mathématiques pour tous les niveaux du secondaire (de la première à la dernière année) jusqu’au niveau universitaire (bachelier).

Ingénieur en informatique et mathématiques appliquées (doctorat en mathématiques appliquées), je poursuis actuellement un Master en mathématiques. J’ai également complété la formation pédagogique (agrégation) et enseigné les mathématiques au Collège Saint-Pierre (Uccle) ainsi que dans deux Écoles européennes, en français.

Je dispose du certificat officiel me permettant d’enseigner en français. Bien que néerlandophone, je peux donc enseigner sans difficulté en français (et également en anglais).

Mon objectif n’est pas seulement d’aider à résoudre des exercices, mais de faire comprendre réellement les mathématiques. J’accorde une attention particulière à la structure du raisonnement, à la clarté des explications et à la progression étape par étape.

J’aide notamment les élèves et étudiants qui :
– souhaitent consolider leurs bases
– manquent de confiance en mathématiques
– préparent un examen ou une transition vers le supérieur
