Classical Ballet Lessons (beginner and Intermediate) , for Children and Adults

No matter how old you are , you will get the chance to learn ballet and improve your technique, flexibility and the art of dancing by choosing Vaganova Method or ABT Curriculum in online private lessons. Sessions will be 1 hour or 1/5 hour.

I have 18 years of teaching experience, currently I have my own ballet studio, helping young and adult dancers to learn how to dance correctly, improve their ballet technique and have fun during this journey.
I teach Russian Vaganova curriculum which is one of the best methodologies among all the methods in the classical ballet world. I also teach based on American Ballet Theatre National Training Curriculum, if you are interested.
My students have been participated in YAGP, Vaganova Academy Summer Intensives, and have been accepted to Ballet & Dance Training Programs in some schools.

Rhythmic gymnastics is an artistic and sporting discipline that mixes classical dance and mainly female gymnastics.
It is also a fantastic sport for developing a child's coordination, in addition to developing grace, balance, agility and posture.
It also offers gymnasts the opportunity to express their own personality and expression, while learning new body and technical skills using the following apparatus: Ribbon, hoop, ball, rope and clubs.

La danse orientale Raqs Sharqi (le terme « danse du ventre » est considéré comme réducteur, il a été donné à l’époque de Napoléon en Égypte, sachant que Raqs Sahrqui signifie en Egypte même « danse orientale ») est originaire d’Égypte et est surtout présente au Proche-Orient et au Maghreb; elle est dansée essentiellement par des femmes et s’est développée dans le monde entier.
La danse tonifie le corps et muscle le dos et vous laisse de bonne humeur.

I’ve been doing gymnastics for 8 years now , flexibility is my thing since I won many competitions in rhythmic gymnastics , played with the Moroccan national team and won the Moroccan championship in 2019 .

Rhythmic gymnasts are very known by their amazing flexibility and body control , they have some of the best tips and exercises to improve flexibility .

So if you want to become flexible ,
