Trato de ser lo más versátil posible y doy mucha importancia al aprendizaje de los fundamentos esenciales. Asimismo, proveo de todo tipo de herramientas y estrategias para que el alumnado sea lo más autónomo posible en la resolución de los problemas derivados de la interpretación. Ante todo, intento transmitir la idea de disfrutar aprendiendo y trabajar con rigurosidad y eficiencia.

من أنا؟

Soy músico, concertista de guitarra clásica y profesor. Estoy licenciado en Interpretación Musical por el Conservatorio Superior de Música de Sevilla. Tengo un Máster en Interpretación e Investigación Musical por la Universidad Internacional de Valencia. He recibido clases de los maestros más importantes de la guitarra a nivel internacional como Pepe Romero, Manuel Barrueco, David Russell, Ricardo Gallén, Joaquín Clerch y Marco Tamayo, entre otros muchos. Como concertista, he actuado a lo largo y ancho de la geografía española, así como en Alemania e Inglaterra. Como docente, he impartido clases en diversos conservatorios oficiales de Andalucía, Extremadura y Comunidad de Madrid, así como a alumnos de todas las edades y aptitudes psicológicas.

The guitar is undoubtedly one of the most popular instruments of the modern age. It is so versatile and used in many genres ranging from classical music to Death Metal and even Electronic Music.

I will teach you the basics of playing the guitar, and I'll spice it up later with my experience in composition and songwriting. We will learn by example through the famous songs that shaped our understanding of the guitar. Whether you prefer singer-songwriter-style songs, or thrash metal we'll get there together.

I will teach mainly using the guitar tablature format, we can do sheet music which is generally unneeded for anything besides classical, but I will need to refresh my music sheet reading skills as I haven't had to read any in the last 10 years.
