Mijn naam is Jasper en ik ben een gitaarleerkracht op zoek naar nieuwe leerlingen.

Voor mij is het belangrijk dat je je gitaarvaardigheden kunt ontwikkelen in een motiverende prive-les waar de focus op jouw interesses ligt.
Tijdens de lessen kunnen we de genres rock, pop, funk, jazz, blues en alles daartussen behandelen.
De lessen zijn voor leerlingen van alle leeftijden en niveau's. Kennis van notenleer is niet vereist.

Zelf heb ik gestudeerd op het conservatorium in Rotterdam én in Gent en ben ik al verschillende jaren actief als professioneel muzikant. Ik heb al 12 jaar ervaring als gitaarleerkracht.

I teach electric and acoustic guitar in many guitar based genres of music, including every type of rock music and pop music, blues and funk, etc. Lessons I offer are tailored to the specific needs and abilities of each individual student. If you are a beginner and don't have all the equipment, don't worry, I own several guitars, two guitar amplifiers and many effect pedals, so even if you don't have all the equipment yourself we can have a fully productive lesson at my home.
I have almost 20 years of experience in playing the guitar and great knowledge of the specifics of guitar playing in each individual genre that I am teaching. Whatever you wish to play, you will be able to master during lessons with me.

Naast een opleiding klassieke gitaar, behaalde ik als uitvoerend muzikant een master in jazz en hedendaagse muziek. Ik heb in Parijs en Londen gewoond, met fantastische muzikanten gespeeld en geef nu ruim 25 jaar les aan jongeren en volwassenen in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.

Stijl en niveau van de lessen zijn uiteraard afhankelijk van de student. De één wil zingen en zichzelf kunnen begeleiden, de ander wil leren improviseren. Blues, rock, funk, soul, fusion, flamenco, hiphop, mambo, reggae, folk, bossa, disco, ska, samba, tango, klassiek, pop ... geen probleem, waar het om gaat is dat je plezier hebt in het spelen.

Ik zal transcripties maken van je favoriete muziek en laten zien hoe je die kan spelen, een degelijke techniek aanleren zodat je steeds verder kunt en theorie geven in kleine stapjes zodat je kan zien hoe het allemaal in elkaar past.

¡Aprender a tocar la guitarra puede ser una experiencia increíble en cada etapa del proceso! Mi objetivo final es ayudar a mis estudiantes a desarrollar sus habilidades y comprensión musical aprendiendo y tocando la música que les gusta.

Por ello adapto mis metodologías de enseñanza a los gustos y necesidades de cada alumno. A lo largo de cada lección, trabajaremos en tres cursos principales de desarrollo: aspectos técnicos, conocimientos teóricos y práctica performativa.

La forma en que enseño depende completamente del alumno. La forma en que explico los conceptos, planifico y estructurado las lecciones y abordo cada tema depende de si el estudiante es principiante, intermedio o avanzado, y si tiene alguna experiencia en el tema.

Cada estudiante tiene diferentes necesidades y diferentes habilidades. Es sólo cuestión de conocer al alumno, para identificar tanto las debilidades como las fortalezas sobre las que trabajar.

Eyal has taught hundreds of students over the past 15 years, both guitar and piano next to music theory and composition. Besides his formal music education (a bachelor's in composition, a teaching degree from the music academy in Jerusalem, and a master's in composition from Codarts, Rotterdam), Eyal has acquired experience in a wide range of various musical styles, including rock, blues, jazz, classical music, electronic music and contemporary music, on which he bases his rich approach, which can be adjusted to every student separately.

Llevo trabajando como profesor de música unos 12 años (tengo 29 años), tanto dando clases particulares como en diferentes escuelas de música, siendo la más importante la “Escola de Música Creu Alta” de Sabadell (Barcelona), que es una de las escuelas de música más grandes de España (con más de 900 alumnos), en la que fui Jefe del Departamento de Música Moderna.

Doy clases de guitarra (eléctrica y clásica), piano (eléctrico y clásico), composición, producción musical (con Logic Pro), conjunto y teoría musical moderna A TODOS LOS NIVELES, desde principiantes hasta personas que quieran prepararse para la licenciatura en música. Me adapto totalmente a lo que el alumno quiera y busque, pero además, como tengo mucha experiencia, tengo las clases bien planificadas, sé qué canciones y ejercicios funcionan mejor según el aspecto que queramos trabajar (tempo, acordes, escalas, sonido, improvisación...) y cuando veo a alguien tocar puedo ver en qué aspectos es fuerte y en qué tiene más problemas, ¡así que no perderás el tiempo! Además, soy una persona divertida y muy empática, así que nos lo pasaremos bien, ¡que es lo más importante!

Hi there,

I’ve been playing guitar since I was 12 and was immediately hooked. Within a year I started playing in youth bands and projects, and during high school I moved to a music school where I began performing with bands and teaching guitar to kids as my first job. I later completed two bachelor’s degrees, the second in jazz guitar, at the Conservatorium van Amsterdam. Since then I’ve been working full time as a session guitarist, songwriter, and musical director with artists like Karsu, Alain Clark, Ruth Jacott, Jennie Lena, and many others, as well as releasing my own music as an independent artist under my stage name Jessy Hay. I’m extremely passionate about music theory, ear training, and music history, and I try to combine all of these with practical approaches to create a complete package for guitar enthusiasts.

Over the years I’ve developed many methods and seen hundreds of students grow from being stuck on the instrument to becoming full-on improvisers and composers across many genres. I love to combine the theory and improvisation I’ve learned from jazz, together with the groove and rhythm from funk and soul, the attitude from rock, and the production and songwriting skills from pop music. I’m also very interested in Middle Eastern music, for students who want to explore other scales, Maqams, and musical languages. Lessons usually start by discussing the student’s goals and current level, followed by exercises and pieces tailored to their needs. I also provide guidance on instrument setup, tone, and technique, to ensure a solid foundation. My aim is to give students a full 360° view of music: understanding the language, knowing what you’re doing, and developing your own ways of improving by becoming more familiar with both the instrument and the musical language itself.
