Ana speelt viool sinds haar vijfde. Twee jaar later, wanneer ze zeven jaar oud is, behaalt ze haar eerste grand prix in een nationaal vioolconcours. Nadat ze haar training heeft voltooid aan de Nationale Muziekschool voor getalenteerde kinderen, gaat Ana voor haar eerste muzikale “out of the shell” twist door Jazz te gaan studeren aan de Letse Rockschool. Zowel de Letse Rockschool als het Conservatorium van Vilnius (Litouwen) creëren later speciaal een afdeling Jazz Viool om het voor Ana mogelijk te maken aan hun school te studeren. Ook voor Codarts (het Conservatorium van Rotterdam) is Jazz Viool een nieuwe afdeling, opgericht om gepassioneerde jonge musici zoals Ana de kans te geven jazzmuziek te studeren op hun eigen instrument – de viool. Ana rondt uiteindelijk met een 9 “summa cum laude” haar Master aan het conservatorium af als klassieke solo violiste.

Ik studeerde viool aan het conservatorium Superior de Música de Vigo in Spanje en altviool in Spanje en aan het Utrechts Conservatorium. Het onderzoek van mijn eindexamen ging over welzijn en praktisch onderwijs om het leerproces te verbeteren en te versnellen.

Je m'appelle Camille, j'ai 26ans et j'ai grandi en France, où j’ai terminé ma formation de violon auprès de la soliste Marie Cantagrill. J’ai ensuite obtenu mon Bachelor à l’Université des Arts de Graz (Autriche), et j’ai également étudié un an à l’Académie de musique de Cracovie avec le professeur Wojciech Koprowski.

Actuellement, je poursuis mes études de violon en pédagogie (IGP – pédagogie instrumentale et vocale) à l’Université de musique et des arts du spectacle de Vienne (MDW).

Grâce à mon parcours auprès de professeurs issus de divers pays, j’ai acquis de nombreuses connaissances en pédagogie, techniques d’étude, musicalité, etc., que j’aimerais beaucoup partager avec vous !

Pour moi, il est essentiel de cultiver le plaisir de jouer et de travailler la technique au service de la musique.

I have played the violin for over 20 years and am currently doing a master ́s of music in violin. Music is my passion, I have been teaching violin for 5 years, in music schools as well as privately from the ages of 7 to 60.
My aim in teaching is to enable the student to experience the beauty, richness and also the fun side of music, by helping to develop the technical skills needed to express oneself on the violin. I find it very important to take into account the personal goals and wishes of the student and to create an atmosphere of encouragement, creativity and mutual understanding.
No matter if you are interested in learning to play your favourite tunes just for fun or want to build up strong, solid technique and play demanding repertoire, I would be happy to work with you.The world of music is incredibly rich and I would love to help you on the exciting journey of discovering it. I believe it important to have variety in the process of learning and to help the student to develop good practising habits.
For those interested, I can also gladly include some music theory/music history knowledge in the lessons, to understand the pieces on a more profound level.

Mijn naam is Daniela en ik ben een cross-over altvioliste uit Costa Rica. In 2020 ben ik naar Nederland verhuisd om te studeren aan het Codarts Conservatorium in Rotterdam, waar ik mijn bachelordiploma Klassieke Muziek (Altviool) heb behaald. Momenteel zet ik mijn studie aan Codarts voort met een masterdiploma Latin Music.

Tijdens mijn tijd in Nederland heb ik deelgenomen aan een breed scala aan muzikale projecten in verschillende genres – van klassieke orkesten en kamermuziek tot pop-, jazz- en wereldmuzieksamenwerkingen. Ik heb opgetreden met ensembles zoals Jong Metropole en opgenomen met diverse pop-, jazz- en fusionbands. Ik ben ook bandleider van mijn eigen Latin-project, La Reunión, en werk als freelancemuzikant met diverse muziekgroepen.

Voordat ik naar Nederland verhuisde, studeerde ik muziekeducatie aan de Universiteit van Costa Rica en werkte ik enkele jaren als privéleraar. Ik heb ervaring met het geven van viool- en altvioolles aan zowel kinderen als volwassenen.

Als docent ben ik vriendelijk en geduldig. Ik geloof in de waarde van consistent, gericht werken en in het helpen van leerlingen om stap voor stap te groeien. Ik streef ernaar om het leerproces gemakkelijk en leuk te maken!
