I am originally from Washington, D.C., but now live in Madrid, Spain. I moved when my two children left for university. It was time for a new adventure! I love to travel, meet new people, and have new experiences. Some of my other hobbies include writing, hiking, photography, art, and reading.

I have been teaching various subjects for over 26 years including child development, healthcare issues, yoga, business, health (addiction, healthy eating, internet safety, anti-bullying to teens), and English. I was even a tour guide and taught about the history of Baltimore, Maryland.
