I have a specific focus on guiding students towards internationally recognised examinations including the Cambridge suite of English language exams (KET, PET, FCE, CAE, CPE, IELTS), as well as preparation courses for English IGCSEs (both as a first and second language), TOEFL and TOEIC. As I am a certified examiner for Cambridge Business Examinations, I am also very experienced in teaching Business English and can guide you toward obtaining the Cambridge B1 Business Preliminary, B2 Business Vantage and C1 Business Higher examinations. Additionally, I am a certified examiner for the Ceska Maturita English examinations.

My teaching style is characterised by enthusiasm, openness, energy, integrity, skills building and, above all, a focus on my students and their specific needs. My lessons are offered online (Skype, Zoom, Google Meet).

To help you learn and use English correctly, I use a very wide range of resources - music, films, history, novels, science, travel and many more ideas. So, your lessons with me will not be focused on 'dry' grammar and spelling tests. Rather, they will be based on the world around you and what is happening in it so that you will feel confident and knowledgeable with every arena in which you may use English .

I have a great deal of experience in English language training and education across the world, including China, Italy, the UK, Saudi Arabia and The United Arab Emirates, as well as presently in the Czech Republic.
