Ciao! I’m a native Italian speaker who is passionate about languages, communication, and helping people gain confidence when speaking. I believe learning a language should feel natural and enjoyable, not stressful. My lessons are supportive, structured, and adapted to each student’s pace and goals.

I focus on real communication — speaking, listening, and understanding everyday Italian — while also building a strong grammar foundation. I like working with motivated students of all ages: beginners who want to start from zero, travelers preparing for Italy, professionals needing business Italian, or learners who simply love the language and culture.

My teaching style is patient and interactive. Mistakes are welcome and encouraged because they are part of the learning process. I aim to create a relaxed environment where students feel comfortable practicing and asking questions.

Bachelor’s degree student in Finance & Real Estate with a minor in Accounting at Roosevelt University (Chicago), maintaining a 4.0 GPA. - I'm a professional Italian teacher from Italy, now living between Pisa and Rome. I have 10 years of teaching experience. - The method is mainly what is called communicative, aimed at stimulating the student to speak immediately and putting the focus on the functional aspect of the language. If you wish to brush up your Italian, resume a past series of lessons, or simply start from scratch learning Italian, this is the right lesson for you! I like to personalize each class/course according to the needs and goals of my students. My classes are focused on improving the student's communication skills. At beginner and lower intermediate levels, I prefer using a text book/ student book in the first part of the class. I usually use "Nuovissimo Progetto Italiano" and "Arrivederci" by Edilingua, or "Nuovo Espresso" and "Dieci" by Alma Publishing. For the second part of the lesson, I create engaging contents using original videos, press articles, extracts from blogs and social media, literary texts. If the students do not feel comfortable using Italian from scratch, I can switch to English, German, or Dutch. The course fee includes the correction of home assignments.
