My Swahili and English classes are customized to every student's needs. This is to prevent wasting time and money on those who know more than the second language basics.
Beginner level involves learning the basics: alphabets and phonetics, pronunciation of vowels and consonants, greetings, family members, numbers, days of the week, months of the year, demonstratives, personal pronouns, basic nouns, short dialogue, work-related lexicon, travel-related lexicon, hotel-related lexicon and other social -related lexicon.
The intermediate level involves advancing the basics of grammar (Swahili/English) specific to parts of speech. Conversational lessons focus on topics related to the student's work, family, or social environment. The same applies to the advanced levels.
At the end of my lessons, you earn a Second Language certificate ascertaining the level you have managed to achieve as assessed by me.

Über mich

Teaching for me is not training alone, but I take it as a vocation. I have taught people of all ages from young children to old adults successfully because of my interpersonal approach of teaching. Such allows me and my learners to engage and fulfill the requisite teaching and learning objectives. I am patient, especially with those learning English from non-English speaking countries and those learning Swahili from non-Swahili speaking countries. My objective is to ensure that by the end of every lesson, something new has been learned and can be applied in the real-world, not just for passing exams. I have taught people from Yemen, Somalia, Burkina Faso, Sudan, China, Hong Kong and the Democratic Republic of Congo successfully, and I am proud that they can communicate (orally and written) without any trouble.

German greetings are as varied as are the aspects to any language that are sometimes visible to the curious learner or invisible to the stranger. German greetings vary from Berlin to Bayern but there are general salutations known globally. Here dialects & borders come into play.Greetings such as Guten Morgen, Guten Tag, Guten Abend, Servös, Ciao, Juten Tach, Aufwiederhören, Aufwiedersehen, wie geht's?, Hallo, Moin.

By the end of the Class a learner should be able to comfortably salute any individual in German. The leaner should be able to differentiate greetings used in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
