For students who would like to go further, I also give them the opportunity by teaching them the nuances of the language, the "spoken" language or the formal language, mainly in writing... it's according to their wishes. Above all, I want to meet the expectations of my students and help them improve where they want. Having (had) direct contact with English and German, I also anchor my lessons in the cultural reality of each of these languages by talking about current topics, using new technologies or starting from popular culture to give meaning to what I teach, so that the student sees the direct use he/she can make of his/her language knowledge. After all, in an increasingly globalized world, languages are lived and are no longer just forms frozen in books several years old.
