I am a native Greek speaker with a degree in Journalism, Creative Writing and Cinema.
My teaching method is mainly based on the student's needs. I follow a structured plan of grammar, syntax and spelling, but I find that knowledge sticks with you when you have fun with it. So I talk with my students about their interests and we find ways to tailor the lessons to them. I believe that the best way to learn a foreign language is through its culture.

I believe that learning a foreign language is not just a new way of communicating. It's a way to broaden one's horizons and to understand a different culture. It is a tool that helps us visit a foreign country, but also lets us understand how cultures are interconnected around basic human experiences.

If you are not an English native speaker and you are looking for help learning or improving your skills, I can help. I have studied English for more than ten years, I have been living in the UK for the last two and I have a degree in creative writing in English. My goal is to provide alternative and fun ways to learn or improve the language (through conversation, songs, literature, history) alongside to the rules of grammar, syntax and spelling. I can also help with the language skills in academic essays.
