Ik bied acteerlessen aan voor iedereen die wil leren acteren of spreken voor een publiek of camera. Het is mijn focus om samen met jou te werken naar je specifieke doelen. Wil je graag meer zelfvertrouwen op een podium of voor een groep, leren hoe je een monoloog tot leven kan brengen, of verlang je naar het exploreren en ontwikkelen van jouw acteermogelijkheden?

Mijn focus ligt op het ontwikkelen van een ontspannen, veilige en plezierige sfeer waarin verschillende speelstijlen uitgeprobeerd kunnen worden en jij je vaardigheden optimaal kunt ontwikkelen.
Zowel voor wie voor het eerst met een monoloog aan de slag gaat als voor de doorgewinterde (amateur)speler die een nieuwe blik kan gebruiken.
We werken op verschillende niveaus: tekstanalyse, uitvoering, body en stem.

Ikzelf ben actrice, theatermaker en regisseur en werk sinds acht jaar als coach en docent.

I'm offering acting lessons for anyone who properly wants to learn to act, speak and be in front of an audience or camera. It's my goal to collectively work towards your specific goals. Do you want to work on getting more confidence on a stage or in front of a group, learn how to bring a monologue to life, or just explore and develop your skills as an actor?

Whether you're making your first steps working with a monologue or an experienced (amateur) player who wants to brush op on your skills, I will provide a relaxed and safe atmosphere in which you can bring out your best, while enjoying yourself.
We work on different levels: analyzing the text, performing, body and voice.

I'm an actress, writer and director and have been teaching and coaching for the last acht years.

Parler en public est une des choses les plus effrayantes pour les être humains. Pour certain•es, cela peut être extrêmement handicapant et entraver leur carrière.
Mais cette appréhension concerne un très grand pourcentage de la population et traverse toutes les catégories d'âge, de sexe ou de milieu socio-professionnel. Si vous êtes dans ce cas, vous pouvez donc commencer par vous rassurer : vous n'êtes pas seul•e !
La deuxième bonne nouvelle, c'est que ça se travaille ! C'est en pratiquant que vous allez apprendre à faire baisser le niveau de stress, à être plus conscient•e de ce que vous avez à faire et à bien vous préparer.
Pour vous exercer, je vous propose des cours particuliers : un cadre bienveillant et exigeant qui permettra de m'adapter à vos besoins spécifiques. Une fois que vous aurez compris vos peurs et appris à les dépasser, prendre la parole (en public, en réunion) deviendra peut-être une grande source de plaisir !

Gérer son stress, contrôler sa voix lorsque l'on doit parler en public (dans une conférence, un webcast ou un webinaire), proposer des informations claires et bien structurées, cela peut représenter de fameux défis, en particulier aujourd'hui quand il faut faire cela en ligne.

Pour atteindre vos objectifs, je vous propose une approche holistique de la prise de parole en public car, pour faire passer un message, la forme et le contenu sont intimement liés.

Après quelques séances, vous vous sentirez plus confiant.e, plus convainquant.e. Vos interlocuteurs seront plus attentifs à l'information que vous voulez transmettre. Votre voix restera claire plus longtemps. Grâce à la gestion du stress, vous sentirez un grand regain d'énergie et de concentration.

Pour ce qui est de la forme, nous travaillerons notamment, la posture, la respiration, la modulation de la voix, le volume, la hauteur, l'intonation, et aussi le contact visuel, la gestuelle, les pauses, bref, ce que l'on appelle le "non verbal". Nous verrons également les éléments qui priment lors d'une présentation ou d'un échange sur l'Internet.

Et puis, si cela vous est utile, nous verrons les différentes façons de gérer votre stress. Nous établirons votre profil pour choisir les outils qui vous conviennent le mieux.

Enfin, si vous avez des échéances courtes (ou non), vous pourrez vous mettre en situation et, par exemple, préparer un entretien, une présentation, une conférence ou une réunion. Nous ferons des simulations qui vous permettront d'être en pleine possession de vos moyens et du contenu de votre intervention.

Hello everyone and welcome to my English and or German lessons taught in group. I organise English and German lessons for children and teenagers and separately adult English group lessons (beginners to advanced). For children and teenagers, interactive activities are used as a way to motivate them, help them remember what they have learned in class and make sure they will be able to apply their language skills in real life context.
For the adults lessons, depending on what the students are willing to learn, we can have discussions based on the news, some grammar, writing... I am open to any suggestions, just tell me your needs and I am going to adapt the next lessons for you. If you wish to invite your friends and make a group with them, just let me know and I will allocate you a time slot.

For private English lessons, please have a look at my other advertisements. The German lessons are usually for beginners/ intermediate (exceptionally advanced levels in German can be organised only if there is a high-demand).
