I'm a native English teacher from Canada who has just moved to Lausanne, Switzerland (June 2018).

I have almost a decade of experience teaching students (teenagers to adults) in public, private, and language schools.

Whether you are studying for a specific test such as IELTS or Cambridge, or just want to become more fluent, I can make it happen. Lessons are fun, interactive, and low pressure! Methodologies include audio-visual resources, role-plays, texts, pronunciation coaching, and tests.

I can teach to all levels of English (A1-C2).

Hi everyone!

I'm originally from Canada, and grew up there until I was 24. At that point I decided I wanted to see the world and embarked on a career in international education for the next 4 years in a few different countries. This allowed me to understand culture and language on a deeper level. Now I have a passion for sharing my own native tongue with those who are keen to learn it!

I am a certified schoolteacher in Canada, after having completed two university degrees. I also went on to do a 5 week CELTA certificate which was invaluable in giving me the nuances of English language teaching.

I am a sophomore at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Lausanne. I offer individualized courses (or small groups of students) of mathematics, physics-chemistry and also of language (French + English). I can adapt to any type of student.

French English and Arabic are the 3 most popular languages worldwide.

I am a student at EPFL, I did my year of CMS and I am in first year EPFL in Communication Systems. I have the certification of the TOEFL (Test Of English as a Foreign Language) iBT with a score of 112. I passed my baccalaureate mathematical sciences with a mention Très Bien, a 19/20 in maths and a 20/20 in English . I like teaching classes to children and teenagers.

My method of teaching English is to try to find a balance between learning the language in writing and orally, starting with the basics of the English language little by little to be sure student learns the language in a correct way.
As far as mathematics is concerned, I try to find the gaps the student has in order to then help him to do his exercises and perfect his maths learning and finally make him love this very important subject.

I'm an EPFL student . I tutor math and English fo all ages . I have been tutoring for a year now and i like seeing how my students keep improving over time, so i assign homework from time to time and do tests once a month to keep monitoring them .

Graduate, I propose a pedagogy and personalized learning method, a universal method does not exist!

Having taught my sister for 10 years and having and emoji same student, I understand and understand the Swiss educational system.

Newly graduated from the Gymnase Français de Bienne with a matura certificate in specific option biology chemistry and complementary option physics.
I offer courses in math, physics and English in Biel, Lausanne or even online.
My courses are aimed at young people in primary, secondary 1 and secondary 2 schools.
Since August 2020, I officially give support courses and during this year, I accompanied about ten students with difficulties, mainly in math, physics and English.
