I’m Rez, a Certified Personal Trainer, and Certified Nutrition Coach. My main goal is to improve the lifestyle of as many people as possible, including myself, not only with exercise, but also by working on the mental skills, making the mind-body link and generally improving every aspect of life.

I have been into fitness for 20+ years. I have several years of experience with teaching and training, both at the universities and in the gyms.
Before moving to Germany, I was a Personal Trainer at Nordic Wellness in Sweden.
