Guitar and music theory lessons by a qualified and experienced teacher
I specialize in teaching about Music and how to play the Guitar. In class, I always make an effort to understand what are the goals and interests of all students, as well as their skills. This way we can address the issues at hand more effectively and make sure the student never loses his/her interest and focus in music and his/her instrument. I believe that an honest and friendly relationship between teacher and student is essential for this exchange of ideas to happen more clearly and fluently, so I do my best to make everyone feel comfortable enough to share their thoughts freely. I offer good and personalized classes. This means that there will be special care with your interest in music and guitar, all basic skills will be worked upon and strengthened, all specific requests and ideas will be addressed, both improvisation and interpretation can be developed, and exploring potential, achieving goals and having fun are main priorities. Come and enjoy learning more about Music and Guitar!

Guitar, Mandolin, Music Theory lessons by enthusiastic tutor and performer
Enthusiastic guitar tutor and performer. I started playing classical guitar at the age of 6, and my formal musical education began at the age of 9 when I started attending a music school in Croatia. After 6 years of primary school, I continued studying classical guitar at a secondary music school in Varazdin, Croatia. During that period I received training in classical harmony, Counterpoint (polyphony), Solfeggio, Music history and gained plenty of experience in orchestral playing and choral singing. I decided to continue my musical education in Manchester where I was studying for an undergraduate degree at the Royal Northern College of Music and currently I am studying at the Royal Conservatoire in the Hague. As a performing guitarist, I have successfully participated and won prizes in a number of international competitions in the UK, Italy, Croatia, Slovenia and Bosnia and Hercegovina. Although my studies are primarily related to classical music, I am comfortable playing and performing music in a range of other styles and genres. I am also experienced with mandolin and Croatian folk instrument called tamburitza.

Learn to play Electric or Acoustic guitar in any style
I teach electric and acoustic guitar in many guitar based genres of music, including every type of rock music and pop music, blues and funk, etc. Lessons I offer are tailored to the specific needs and abilities of each individual student. If you are a beginner and don't have all the equipment, don't worry, I own several guitars, two guitar amplifiers and many effect pedals, so even if you don't have all the equipment yourself we can have a fully productive lesson at my home. I have almost 20 years of experience in playing the guitar and great knowledge of the specifics of guitar playing in each individual genre that I am teaching. Whatever you wish to play, you will be able to master during lessons with me.

Dennis
Campfire guitarist (with or without music theory and singing)
You want to be the person who can just pick-up a guitar and play a song everyone can sing along to? Do you want to be able to play (and sing) a song after hearing it once or twice? Impress your friends or your lover by playing their favorite songs. I teach you: - How to hold and play the guitar - How to play your favorite songs - The skills to learn guitar on your own - How to warm up (playing guitar or singing) - Breathing and singing exercises to improve your singing I might not be able to turn you into a pro. But I'll teach you the first steps to getting there yourself! A bit about me: I study for music therapist, so I know how to engage in converstation. If you have special needs, I know how to respect those and teach you how to deal with them (musically) My goal is to do this outside of my school hours, so I'm pretty flexible when it comes to weekends and evenings as wel! I'm a spiritual person; that means I'm also open for your religion (if you have one) ;) I'm 24 years old with an obvious passion for music. Hit me up if you have any questions. If you need help finding your first guitar I can advise you on that. Let's talk about your budget and options and we will settle on an agreement for the price of my advise.

Guitar Lessons in The Hague For all ages and Styles
With over 15 years of teaching experience, I offer private guitar lessons in many styles for all ages and all levels. I am also an active performer, mostly performing my own singer-songwriter music in the folk-rock genre. Classes are offered in English, Dutch and German. I am from Los Angeles originally where I received my degree in music with a minor in Classical Guitar from California State University, Northridge. I have been playing guitar since I was 11 years old. Back in those days, I was mostly inspired by rock music, learning to play by ear by listening to the radio. Later, I went to Conservatory and studied classical music, therefore learning in a more structured way. This gives me a unique approach to teaching, because I understand playing by ear and feeling, as well as having a background in music theory. It is a mix of these two worlds that I offer in my lessons. In this way, my students progress quickly while having a basis of how music works so that they can continue to grow for endless years to come. My approach to teaching is to get lasting results for the students and to make sure they have a great time. The lessons are light and joyful, as music should be. I work hard to make sure my students experience the rewards of reaching new plateaus regularly as they progress. It is also important to me that my students play songs/pieces that they enjoy playing. We will discuss your musical tastes, or work to discover the musical tastes of your child. So whatever your age, musical experience, or lack of thereof, get in touch and let's get you or your child playing the guitar right away. I look forward to hearing from you!

Marie-Lou
Classical guitar lessons for all ages and all levels
Does music appeal to you that way? Can the sounds of the guitar completely enchant you? Would you like to learn to interpret those sounds yourself? Together with my students I look for what they would like to be able to do on the guitar. We discover the instrument and its music in its full glory: the warm sounds, the percussive attack and countless colorful chords. I myself have been playing guitar for 13 years and have just completed (September 2022) my master classical guitar at the Lemmens Institute in Leuven (Belgium). I am currently further specializing at the Royal Conservatory of The Hague. I am extremely passionate about music and love to pass that passion on. No prior knowledge of music is required. Lessons can be held at my home, while traveling, or online!

Malena
Guitar, Piano and Singing Lessons for beginners: theory, practice, improvisation and composition
Music has always been my biggest passion and I really enjoy sharing it with other people. My main music genres are pop, rnb, ballades, a bit of jazz, and soul. I can read musical notes, but I mainly play by ear (which can be learned too!). I am into music theory and how it helps to understand what one hears and plays. When it comes to singing, I know some basic techniques and can help with pitch, harmonizing, control, and feeling comfortable/confident when singing. I can teach some basics about improvisation and composition

Classical Guitar Lessons for beginners and intermediate players!
I have been teaching for more than six years now and I managed to come up with an easy and approachable method for anyone who wants to learn the ways of this beautiful instrument. I started playing the guitar at the age of twelve years old, thru high school and that eventually led me to the National Conservatory of Bucharest, Romania, where I refined my playing and begun teaching. I am going to encourage you every step of the way with much needed advice on the right technique, score reading, so that you quickly gain confidence in your playing. I put a high importance on technique and theory because these two aspect, as well as your daily practice, are what will make you have fast progress and thus loads of fun along the way.

Danilo
Jazz and Pop Guitar/preparation for conservatories
I'm Danilo, an italian guitarist trained in Jazz music at the Royal Conservatoire of The Hague. After more than 13 years of experience on the guitar I can confidently say I can transmit all I learned on the instrument to students of all different ages and levels. I dedicated most of my time on the instrument in overcoming struggles and finding tactics to correct bad habits and learning effectively. Together we can explore secrets and tips for an healthy guitar practice routine, improve your technique and ear training abilities with direct and fun exercises. Wether you are a beginner or an intermediate/advanced guitarist, we can explore the instrument and all its possibilities. Practicing and playing with a teacher in a one on one situation was the most effective way I encountered to get better faster, so I advise it to all the guitar and music lovers out there.

Hello, my music lessons will always be customized depending on the goals of the student, always maintaining a basic technical standard in the instrument. The implementation of music theory is key to creating a mutual language so it will be included as part of the program
