I am a former Goethe Institut teacher, currently a cross-culture consultant and a recent management graduate from the Vrije Unviersiteit in Amsterdam. I have a wealth of experience living and working in three continents (Asia, Middle East and Europe). I have primarily taught German to those from different age groups and nationalities. I have also worked with the British school, teaching German to elementary level German native kids. I also enjoy writing articles from the heart that resonate with my interests in cross-culture. I desire to use my talent in languages in helping those that are struggling with it or are enthusiastic about learning something new/ honing their skills! I have a wealth of interesting teaching resources that I have collected and used over the past 15 years and that cover all four aspects: listening, reading, writing and speaking.

In my one-to-one online courses, you will find a room just for yourself, where you will be coached within a German-speaking setting. Each lesson depends on your needs and aims, which may be to improve a specific linguistic feature such as pronunciation, grammar, spelling, or vocabulary. Or it may be to work on a specific goal, e.g. an official language exam, finding work in German-speaking countries, or bureaucratic issues. Or it can just be a conversation to gain fluency.

I have lived in Germany for 9 years, attended the Goethe Institut, graduated from a German high school with a GPA of 1,5 and am currently studying at university in the German language. Having been through the process of learning German from 0, I know the joys and annoyances that are part of this journey and would love to help you.
