I offer 1-2-1 sessions in dance across Jazz, Contemporary and Commercial. In these sessions I work on technique, strength and flexibility whilst having a fun enjoyable time dancing. This can be great for dancers who are preparing for college auditions, competitions or simply want to work individually to make more progress. I focus my class on the needs of each individual student and aim to bring out the confidence and unlock potential in each child.

Hello, My name is Rhiana and I am a Dancer and Musical Theatre Performer from London. I trained at Urdang and Performers College on the BA in Professional Dance & Musical Theatre. I am passionate about teaching and have been working as a teacher and a mentor for the past year. My class will include a technical jazz warmup followed by across the floor exercises and choreography to finish. I come with choreography pre-pared for each student but I am also happy to work on existing choreography that you need for an upcoming competition, audition, exam etc... I am all about feeling confident in what you do and making progress whilst having fun. My goal is to help each student unlock the potential that didn't know they have.

If you've always wanted to try tap dancing this is your chance to go for it!

In this class we will explore this beautiful combination of dancing and music making from the very basics and up!

Tap dancing is very easy, it's all about weight chance and rhythm, through exercises we can improve a lot in a very short time.

Online or face to face classes for all levels, from beginners to aspiring dancers, for adults or children. Contemporary, Modern, Jazz, floorwork, Physical Theatre, choreography, pilates for dancers, streaching and conditioning for dancers.

I am a professional contemporary dancer, and pysical theatre performer from Norway. I have studied contemporary dance, choreography, and physical theatre, in Copenhagen, Spain and England. I also have a lot of training in Ballet, Jazz and Hip Hop. After finishing my studies, I have been freelancing around London, and have a lot of exsperience from touring and performing dance, and also creating my own work.

Classes can be tailored to each individual student and their needs and wishes.

I want to teach dance, hoping that I can share my passion, and give this joy to others who want to learn dancing.
Being a very social, passionate, and creative person, I believe I would have a lot to give to my students. My goal would be sharing the joy of dancing, while giving each individual students the tools to grow technically and creatively in a fun and inspiring way.

I am a professional dancer and teacher. My work ethics are very aligned with buddhism and want to help people to feel good in their own bodies, releasing trauma, blockages and tensions. This is an opportunity to also have a good time and be in touch with your emotions through movement.

I use the body to understand ourselves and our deepest thought process by truly connecting with the present moment. I use meditation and other techniques to help us drop the voices in our heads and create a free channel of connection with higher self. My intention is to help the body be the vessel it is and gain trust and confidence in who we are.

In this Raqs Sharqi (Belly Dance) class we focus on awakening feminine energy through fluid movements, hip release and expressive choreography. You will explore a wide variety of hip techniques: from circles and figure eights to shimmies and drops while also working on posture, facial expression and presence. We will learn how different styles are danced, such as drum solos (tabla), darbuka drums which are performed without veil, as well as more lyrical pieces where the veil becomes part of the performance. Attention is given to musicality, cultural context and dress codes for each style, ensuring a balance between technique, creativity and self-expression. This class is both a journey into movement and a space to connect with your inner strength and sensuality.

This Contemporary Dance class is a beginner-friendly space for self-expression and creativity. With a focus on emotional support and zero judgement, we explore movement through flexibility, flow and improvisation. You will be guided to connect with your body, release tension and discover your own creative voice in dance. A safe environment where technique meets freedom, encouraging both personal growth and artistic exploration.
