I am an Italian language teacher for adults and children. During my academic career I became passionate about teaching Italian to foreigners and after a course dedicated to teaching I obtained the CEDILS certification, this has allowed me to develop different experiences of teaching Italian at schools and at the University of Copenhagen. My approach to teaching is first of all COMMUNICATIVE, this does not mean neglecting aspects such as grammar or syntax, but it means starting to LIVE EXPERIENCE of the language from the first lessons. Albanian as a language is very distinguishable as it has its own branch in the Indo-Europian language tree. It is an ancient language transferred from the Illyrians who lived in the Balkan peninsula. As it is my native language, I have always helped and tutored people who are ethnically Albanian but have been raised outside of Kosovo or Albania and do not have a complete understanding of their mother tongue. Together, we will focus on all fundamentals, including the core bases of Reading, Listening, Writing, and Speaking. Throughout lessons, we will practice together with additional homework.
