As an educator, Fiachra is focused always on finding the way of making music which suits each of his students best, with a confident and comfortable way of working with the instrument (which then transfers into the rest of life). Fiachra's has experience preparing students for the ABRSM exams in violin and viola, and music theory.
When teaching young children, he makes use of imaginative imagery and games to help explain concepts in a way that children can understand. He has also been praised for his ability to listen and understand the needs of his students, helping them make progress in a rewarding way.
His methodology is tailored to each individual student, with a focus on providing enjoyment of the individual lessons as much as possible. He is understanding in giving constructive feedback and understandsi how important it is to foster a healthy self-image and self-story in all of his students.

Présentation
Fiachra is a scholar of the Royal College of Music since 2023, having obtained his bachelor degree studying with Nobuko Imai and Marjolein Dispa at the Conservatorium van Amsterdam. His own learning experiences to date, together with his experience teaching students of all ages, has given him a strong interest in attending to the needs of individual students. With over 6 years teaching experience privately and at masterclasses, in music schools and after-school programmes, and at music camps for young children, he has developed a great love for teaching and continues to improve on his knowledge every day.
