I am a kind and patient person in the field of teaching, my goal is to make the student feel as good as possible when acquiring new knowledge, I focus especially on the teaching methodology, where the student has the possibility at all times to practice an effective learning system.
Within the spectrum of guitar teaching, I cover different musical styles (Pop, Rock, Popular, Academic, etc.) adapting the training to the particular abilities and interests of each student without distinction of age, tastes and tendencies.
The methodology is centered on 60-minute sessions where we address a program designed individually and specifically for each student, which contains a technical development part essential for the creation of faculties and competencies necessary for correct execution, and another dedicated to the repertoire that the student wants to develop according to his/her particular taste.
In addition, each session will have an audiovisual support, edited and organized, where the student will have the opportunity to view at any time what was covered in class. Additionally, there will be a direct communication channel with the tutor where between sessions the student will be able to raise difficulties, problems and other specific issues that need to be resolved.
Finally, you will have the opportunity, by prior agreement with the teacher, to take parallel courses in Musical Language, Harmony and History designed specifically for each particular case, thus having the possibility of expanding your instrumental training with the appropriate supports and contexts for a comprehensive academic pursuit.

Education
Professor with a degree from the José Angel Lamas Conservatory of Music and from the Universidad Nacional Experimental de las Artes (UNEARTE), both in the area of Instrumental Performance "Classical Guitar" in Venezuela. I also have extensive work experience of more than 20 years in professional teaching both in instrumental performance and in different complementary subjects, namely: Musical Language, Harmony and History of Music, at all levels. I am currently studying a Degree in Musicology at the International University of Valencia, SPAIN.
Within my training as a performer I have the teaching of great Venezuelan masters, concert artists with extensive international careers such as maestro Luis Quintero Santamaría and maestro Leopoldo Igarza, disciple of Regino Sainz de la Maza and graduate of the Royal Conservatory of Music in Madrid, Spain, with which I completed my conservatory studies. At the same time, I have participated in various master classes, workshops etc., with important musical personalities such as maestro Rodrigo Riera, Alirio Díaz, Leo Brower, Luis Zea among others, as well as participation in the renowned International Guitar Festival organized for many years by Polar companies in Venezuela and recitals in various halls of the country.

I am currently a professor of Classical Guitar at the Juan Manuel Olivares National Conservatory of Music and coordinator of the Musical Language chair at the same institution.
