I challenged myself in competitions in the cheese's world and I won few of them. I participated in the MOF and it was a memorable experience. 2015 : I left France and deepen my knowledge of the cheeses of the world, I went to Australia and New Zealand where I took the opportunity to learn English. They have a different approach in making and consuming cheese. 2017 : I embarked on the Hong Kong adventure, and it is been over 7 years I am in love with this place.

Violin and Viola lessons 🎻 with a professional teacher for all ages and levels (Amsterdam)

Fermin

I studied the violin for about 2 months with Fermin and I have grown much in my knowledge of not just how to play but how to think when playing. Fermin has also helped a lot with technical struggles allowing me to break through some of the challenges that were bothering me for a long time. He is a very patient teacher but he will not hesitate to stop you and correct you (as any good teacher would) if you are not playing correctly. I personally requested that he gives me honest feedback which really helped me play better tecnically and musically. I believe he will be open to adapting his strictness upon specific requests. The time difference (Fermin being in Spain and I being in the US) has not been easy but Fermin was very willing to bend his schedule and provided several time slots to accommodate my availability. To sum up, if you are looking for a teacher that is patient in character yet unrelenting toward the goal of fully tapping your potential both musically and tecnically, I would recommend you take a lesson with Fermin.

Hota is a wonderful person to know, and a great teacher. She has gone above and beyond our expectations and she is always on point in helping me and my husband with understanding the Japanese culture, the people, the language, the places, the lifestyle…. She’s even come to our hotel to teach us, even in the cold snowy day.. she’s really awesome and a lovely person to know. It’s also nice to make a new friend and teacher in Japan.. Alan is a very friendly and knowledgeable teacher. He was always understanding and worked with me on my weak areas to improve my SAT score. Alan helped me score above my target score in both math and English. He provided his own material and took the time to work on assignments that were unclear even outside of our class so as not to prolong the class. I highly recommend Alan as a tutor and am very glad I found him.
