Yoga es una disciplina donde se busca a través del trabajo físico realizando ejercicios de precalentamiento, preparandolo para las posturas o asanas permite aplicar dicha filosofia en nuestra vida diaria ya que al finalizar la practica con una relajación acompañada de meditación (con mantras, chakras, visualizacion, yoga nidra) permite conectarnos con nuestro espirítu y una mente mas calmada, conciente que nos ayuda a organizarnos en el dia a dia.
Desde mi manera de trabajar, aplicamos Eutonia (regualar el tono muscular), elementos, hago mucho hincapíe en la alineación. Se trabaja sobre patologías, adaptando el yoga a nuestras posibilidades.
