Pilates is a powerful method to improve posture, core strength, flexibility, balance. As I use many props, classes are very different each month and focused on more strength, more balance or more flexibility. In yoga classes I prefer to put accent on alignment, strength to avoid pain in cervical and lumbar zones. I offer Yogalates classes and inside flow classes too.
