Wiskundecursus gegeven door een afgestudeerde ingenieur met meer dan 14 jaar ervaring in het lesgeven in wiskunde tot en met bachelorniveau. Ik heb ook meer dan 9 jaar ervaring in het lesgeven en begeleiden van gestandaardiseerde tests zoals de GRE en SAT. Houd er rekening mee dat hoewel sommige van mijn studenten cursussen in het Frans, Duits of Zweeds hebben gegeven, mijn primaire onderwijstaal Engels is. Aangezien het onderwerp wiskunde is, is het over het algemeen gemakkelijk om de taak te begrijpen en ik leg de antwoorden in het Engels uit.

Ik vind het leuk verschillende methodes te gebruiken om leerlingen Frans te leren. Dit kan zijn via liedjes, theater, rollenspellen of video’s. Ook gebruik ik heel vaak situaties die dichtbij de belevingswereld van de leerling liggen zoals het beschrijven van plaatsen waar ze geweest zijn of praten over dingen die ze meegemaakt. Tegelijkertijd leer ik de grammaticaregels aan de leerling. Ik woon nu meer dan 30 jaar in gebieden waar Frans gesproken wordt. Omdat ikzelf Frans (en andere talen) geleerd heb (en nog leer) kan ik mezelf makkelijk in een student verplaatsen. Ik kan lesgeven in het Frans, Nederlands, Engels, Duits en Russisch.

Egal ob Schule, Studium oder Beruf - lernen um ein Fach bestehen zu müssen macht weder Spaß noch viel Sinn, da man das Meiste bald auch schon wieder vergessen hat.
Aber wie geht es besser?
Ich habe mehrfach die Erfahrung gemacht, wie viel vom Erfolg davon abhängt, welche Emotionen mit dem Lernen verbunden werden. Deshalb werde ich versuchen, ein Umfeld zu schaffen, in dem du dich frei fühlst auch Fehler zu machen -denn Fehler sind wichtig zum Lernen! Ich setze auf Verständnis, Geduld und Neugier, um ein positives Verhältnis zum Lernen zu entwickeln, statt Druck auszuüben.

In Anlehnung an den Neurobiologen Gerald Hüther sehe ich die Kunst darin, genau richtig große Herausforderungen zu stellen, um spannend, aber nicht beängstigend zu sein, so dass man automatisch Freude am Entdecken entwickelt.

Hintergrundinformation zu mir:
ich bin Diplomingenieurin (Maschinenbau) mit 3 Jahren Arbeitserfahrung, sowie einem Master in Bionik (Querschnittsdisziplin zwischen Biologie und Ingenieurwissenschaften) und habe einen PhD in Umweltschutz von Bergregionen. Ich war beim Alpenverein als Jugendleiterin aktiv.

Often there is not enough time in school to repeat the content and practice enough, for the students to gain confidence and a routine in solving mathematical problems. With my help and guidance, any confusion will be cleared and we will practice problem solving until you are confident and understand the material.

The lessons will be tailored to your needs and their structure depends highly on you: usually it is a mixture of repeating the content, solving exercises together, summarising important concepts and talking about exercises you tried yourself at home. Je vous offre une nouvelle expérience d’apprentissage.

Pour un non-initié, un livre de grammaire paraît écrit en une autre langue parce que le sens des mots est incompréhensible. De façon terre-à-terre, je vous traduirai la grammaire en mots familiers. Avec mon enseignement sur mesure vous allez accélérer votre apprentissage dans un état d'esprit positif.

Vous pouvez faire un cours complet avec des séances régulières ou des cours ponctuels afin de surmonter une difficulté particulière comme par exemple la prononciation ou un problème de grammaire.

Apprendre une langue étrangère ce n’est pas un processus linéaire consistant à mémoriser une liste de mots et parler une langue étrangère ce n’est pas un exercice de traduction à l’oral.

Il y a deux types d’approches pour acquérir une connaissance :

Quand on vous demande de citer l’année qui vient après 1999, vous pouvez tout de suite répondre 2000 sans avoir eu besoin de réfléchir longtemps et surtout sans avoir appris par cœur chaque nombre individuellement en commençant par 1, 2, 3... Vous savez que les nombres sont produits selon un schéma. Avec seulement dix chiffres, vous pouvez produire un nombre infini de nombres et vous savez toujours quel nombre vient ensuite.
Concernant l’alphabet, les mots et les phrases il en va plus ou moins de même mais il n’en reste pas moins que dans la pédagogie scolaire, dans les cahiers d'études et dans les cours ordinaires, c'est l’approche du par cœur qui est adoptée. Dans les cours que je vous offre, c'est l’apprentissage par schéma car elle est plus économique et plus rapide.

Apprendre est facile mais désapprendre ce qui est devenu une mauvaise habitude est extrêmement difficile. D'autant plus il est important d'apprendre les bons réflexes aussi tôt que possible.

Mon offre s'adresse aussi bien aux adolescents qu'aux adultes désireux d'acquérir une base solide de la langue latine sans détour chronophage par les insanités des méthodes scolaires.

Je propose des cours de latin individuels ou de groupe. Les méthodes sont basées sur les sciences cognitives et notamment la linguistique historique. Mon programme flexible peut s'adapter au cas par cas.
