My experience runs mostly in early and classical music with an active performing life, nevertheless I also have the experience and knowledge of popular musical styles such as Latin-American folk, jazz and musicals. Rose is a classical cellist from Australia with extensive teaching experience and cello performance qualifications. She is currently studying her Master's in Cello Performance at the Universität für Musik und darstellende Kunst Wien. Rose has worked as a private cello teacher since 2014. In 2019 she was the Residential Music Tutor at Janet Clarke Hall, the University of Melbourne, and in the same year completed her Bachelor of Music (Honours) degree in Cello Performance, graduating with First Class Honours from the University of Melbourne Conservatorium of Music. In 2020 she was a Lead Teaching Artist with the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra's outreach program, and in 2021 she relocated to Vienna to pursue her Master's degree at the MDW. Rose has experience teaching students of all levels and ages, and offers lessons in both English and German.
