I am a passionate piano teacher with more than 7 years of experience working in a professional music studio. During this time, I have developed a practical approach to teaching piano that focuses on helping students enjoy music while building solid musical skills.

Mi objetivo como profesor de música es hacer que los alumnos puedan experimentar todo tipo de emociones tocando música, entendiendo el proceso musical desde sus raíces con un enfoque creativo. Mis lecciones están diseñadas de acuerdo a las necesidades específicas de cada alumno y el objetivo principal es orientarlos en la dirección óptima para alcanzar su máximo potencial de una manera divertida. De esta manera, el instrumento se convierte en una herramienta para comprender lo que realmente significa hacer música y será una forma para que el alumno exprese sus emociones. Mi enfoque de las lecciones puede proporcionar mucha creatividad, diversión y originalidad.

¿Cómo serán mis lecciones?
Desde la primera lección, el alumno comenzará a hacer música. Comenzaremos aprendiendo los conceptos básicos de la música, desarrollando habilidades auditivas y rítmicas con divertidos ejercicios. Las lecciones también se centrarán en aprender los conceptos básicos de la teoría musical, creando una base técnica sólida y prestando especial atención a tener una postura corporal relajada y saludable. Mi experiencia académica y profesional me ha ayudado a crear un método de enseñanza donde la improvisación es una herramienta fundamental para el alumno. Disfruto trabajando en él desde el principio ya que es una forma perfecta de desarrollar la musicalidad.

Tocando diferentes géneros musicales juntos
Como músico, otra de mis fuentes de inspiración es conocer y aprender de diferentes estilos, tocando y experimentando con música desde la época clásica hasta el estilo más vanguardista. Durante las lecciones, tocaremos pop, jazz, clásico y muchos otros estilos. Me gustaría explorar el instrumento con el alumno de una manera divertida, creciendo, mejorando y descubriendo nuevas formas de hacer música juntos. Durante las lecciones los alumnos y yo pudimos tocar juntos, ya sea tocando algunos dúos con el violonchelo o acompañándolos con el piano, que es una actividad que disfruto mucho. Tocar junto con más personas y con un instrumento polifónico desde el principio le dará al alumno pistas para aprender a tocar en conjunto y escuchar todas las diferentes voces que pueden formar parte de cualquier composición musical.

I am a Greek pianist and I have been living in the Netherlands for the last couple of years. I started teaching children and adults individually as well as in groups 8 years ago. According to your preferences we can create a lesson structure which combines technique and theory (chords, scales, harmony) but also repertoire that you enjoy and love. I obtained my Classical Piano and Classical Harmony Diploma in Thessaloniki, Greece, and I am currently in the Master's Program (Piano Performance, second subject Music Production) in the HKU Conservatorium, specializing in Contemporary Music and researching about the combination of Piano with Live Electronics. During my studies, I have joined many concerts (solo, chamber music and bands), I have made recordings, played with electronics, accompanied puppet theatre and composed music in DAWs like Ableton.

¿Buscas un profesor de piano? En Utrech encontrarás a la simpática pianista profesional española Mar. Vive en Utrech y estudia en el Conservatorio Superior de Música Codarts de Róterdam, y ya tiene un máster del Conservatorio Superior de Utrech (con formación pedagógica también).
Enseña en inglés, español, italiano, alemán y próximamente en holandés. Las clases pueden tener lugar en tu casa o en la mía (en el centro de Utrecht), ya que tengo un hermoso piano de cola a mi disposición.

Llevo 12 años trabajando como profesora de piano y música (empecé muy muy joven, con 14 años, porque siempre me gustó dar clases): tengo experiencia en clases particulares y en escuelas oficiales estatales de música, con niños desde los 2 años y adultos de todos los niveles, tanto de forma individual como en grupo. He impartido clases de piano, música y movimiento para niños, teoría musical, solfeo y coro.

Ben je een beginner en wil je graag piano leren spelen op een manier die zowel gestructureerd als inspirerend is? Dan zijn mijn lessen misschien precies wat je zoekt. Ik geef pianoles zoals ik het zelf altijd het fijnst vond: met een heldere basis, maar vooral ook met ruimte voor muziek waar je blij van wordt.

Mijn lessen zijn opgebouwd rondom de lesmethode Alfred’s Basic Piano Library – een toegankelijke en logische leerlijn voor beginnende pianisten. Tegelijkertijd kies je al vrij snel een stuk dat jíj mooi vindt. Iets dat misschien net wat moeilijker is dan je niveau, maar waar we samen stap voor stap naartoe werken. Dat maakt het oefenen niet alleen leuker, maar ook motiverend: je hoort iets terug dat je herkent en waar je naartoe leeft, in plaats van alleen maar theorie en technische oefening.

Juist in het begin, als piano spelen nog vaak meer moeite kost dan het meteen mooi klinkt, helpt het enorm om muziek te spelen waar je écht iets mee hebt. En dat is precies de balans die ik in mijn lessen zoek: een goede opbouw met ruimte voor persoonlijke smaak en speelplezier.
