Hello! My name is John and I am a passionate English teacher specializing in Cambridge exam preparation (FCE, CAE, CPE) as well as beginner and advanced courses. I have a solid background in customer service with 8 years of experience as a Client Advisor at UBS, one of Switzerland’s leading banks. During my time at UBS, I developed strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, which I now apply in my teaching approach.

In addition to my professional experience, I am passionate about languages and am proud to speak five languages. This multilingual ability has greatly enhanced my communication with people from diverse backgrounds and allows me to approach teaching English from a truly global perspective.

I have also studied English in Australia, New Zealand, and England, which enriched my understanding of the language from a native and international context. This experience has helped me connect with students from different cultures and adapt my teaching methods to suit their individual needs.
