I have over 15 years of experience teaching music lessons in a variety of settings, such as private and group lessons, as well as chamber music and orchestral mentoring experience. I love to share my love of music with my students and to help foster the next generation of music-loving, creative and compassionate people. Connecting with my students and seeing their joy and connection with music is what I love to do!

I combine the technical and creative aspects of learning the violin/viola to create a well-balanced and fun learning environment where my students learn that not only can practicing be fun, but extremely rewarding.

Student in the first year of Master Meef, English teacher, I offer English courses for high school / high school levels.

I did a year of assistantship in England where I could also give French lessons on a regular basis. I have always been in contact with students, whether for English or French. I attended an English teacher for two years thanks to the EAP device and I followed a first year of Master Meef allowing me to do a training course in a class of first. I have therefore acquired many methods that will benefit the support courses that I propose here.

My classes will be in the language of learning as often as possible. Grammar points will, in turn, be explained in the original language to fully understand the functioning of the language. I always promote oral writing so that the student learns to trust and practice as much as possible. We will work, however, on all areas (written, oral, understanding ..).

Graduate student, entering Language License 1, offers private lessons in English. As much grammatical, oral and written comprehension, but also oral and written expression. This can be a preparation for the baccalaureate, or simply to advance a student with shortcomings in this area. I will rely on the difficulties of the student to prepare my classes, trying to make it progress, and this without overworking his work compared to his normal schooling. I will obviously take into account his amount of work, and will adapt to give him periodic assignments.

Coming straight from Dijon, I'm arriving in Poitiers next year! I obtained my DEM in Rouen and studied at the conservatories of Caen, Rennes, Rouen, and Dijon (advanced cycle). In recent years, I've taught in various settings: private lessons, music schools, and intercommunal conservatories in Normandy and Burgundy (Charleval, Bernay).

I attach particular importance to the relationship between the student and their instrument. From the very first lessons, it is important that the student feels comfortable with their violin. Then, the approach and attention adapted to each student encourage the path towards autonomy in work, thus naturally developing the pleasure of playing. Listening, I also appreciate when the student arrives with ideas, projects, particular desires! I am open to all styles of music (film music, rock, classical, traditional, etc.). Teaching the violin requires me to constantly question and a necessary pedagogical reflection. Stimulating the desire to learn and arousing the curiosity of the student are the fundamental principles that allow me to reinvent and enrich each of my lessons.
