Whether you are a GCSE student, an A Level student, or someone just wanting to learn some maths for fun, this class could be for you. I'm happy to bring my own structure, or to do the class in a way which suits you - just whatever you feel will benefit you most. I can teach maths, or if you're preparing for university entrance exams (e.g. MAT or STEP) I can help you prepare for those papers and help develop the necessary skills/ways of thinking. Or I can prepare you for starting university.

I have experience in tutoring GCSE maths and GCSE physics; and I have A Levels in maths, further maths, and physics, and a degree in mathematics and statistics.

I have recently graduated from a mathematics and statistics degree, and have a love for helping people develop their understanding of concepts in maths. I discovered this love whilst I tutored a family friend and found it incredibly rewarding when they showed improvement under my guidance. I understand the pressures of school and exams, and that everyone learns in different ways, and I believe that it is important to help students to feel connected with what they are learning.

Outside of tutoring - I play powerchair football, I watch football, and enjoy things such as gaming, films, and music (80s/90s music is my favourite).

In the final year of high school, the difficulty is often not the calculation itself, but understanding the problem statement and choosing the correct theorem. My support focuses on three key areas:
