The current teaching system is awful, it drains students out of their curiosity and willingness to seek knowledge in its truest form. I entered into teaching only to see if I can change this dynamics of learning somehow. I received very good feedback from my students and their parents and I would like to continue doing that. My concern is not the grades but to bring out the intuitive learning in the kids, their capacity to grasp the subject in their own way. Everyone's brain works differently, and therefore teaching style should accommodate those differences.
By profession, I am a genomics scientist working in Barcelona for the past 9 years. For now, I can only take classes online.
