خرسانة سابقة الإجهاد هي نوع من الخرسانة يتم فيها تطبيق إجهادات معينة على الخرسانة قبل أن تتعرض لأي حمل أو ضغط أثناء استخدامها في البناء. يتم ذلك عادة عن طريق شد أسلاك فولاذية أو أسياخ حديدية في الخرسانة باستخدام أجهزة خاصة، ومن ثم يتم تثبيت الخرسانة في وضع إجهاد مسبق. بعد ذلك، عند تطبيق الأحمال على الخرسانة أثناء استخدامها، تعمل هذه الإجهادات المبدئية على تعزيز قدرتها على تحمل الأحمال بشكل أفضل.
