Group Creative Therapy: Story-making for Wellbeing

These online workshops offer opportunity for arrival, expansion and connection through a combination of meditation, movement and story-making exercises.

Each workshop lasts 90 minutes and a typical session may include stretching and movement exercises, improvisation games, collaborative storytelling and guided meditation. Each session offers the opportunity for experiencing and practicing grounding (being connected to our present space and time) and offers us connection with our imagination, with our creativity and with the others in our group.

I am a HCPC registered dramatherapist with over 15 years experience working with communities around the world.

Workshops last 90 minutes and are hosted on Zoom.

Participants should have access to pen and paper and be in a private space.

If participants share their space with others, headphones are required.

Participants must be over 18 years old. No prior experience is required.

The In-Between Space is capped at 8 participants. Workshops run weekly in blocks of six weeks.
