I am offering child counselling and coaching class for elementary education to enable you to understand this fast-changing world. In today's world, children are highly exposed to a lot of information and need to be carefully guided. The aim is to offer you the best skills to use in order to navigate the world and allow you to nurture your mental capacity well. I like to observe and help a child self--learn by giving you different activities to do. I also offer interactive sessions which promote social skills. I will give you tasks and take-home activities to pursue in your free time and with your family. Where possible group assignments will also be included.

I can't wait to start sharing with you my everyday life with the children at school. I am sure you will enjoy learning with me and discovering a broader world around you.

I am a psychologist, psychotherapist, coach and dance teacher. I trained in dance since I was 4 years old. I have a degree in Psychology, a Master in Cognitive-Social Therapy and then training in Coaching. I have other additional training such as Brief Strategic Therapy or Sandbox Therapy. I have experience with people of different ages and cultures as much in a face-to-face way as online. Online support, either as a therapist or as a Coach, I have been practicing it for 3 years.
I am Colombian and I lived in Spain and Belgium, and being an immigrant I realized the need to be able to find a therapist or coach in his language or who has had similar experiences with migration. Afterwards, while practicing, I experienced the benefits of Online Therapy; either psychotherapy or coaching, and it's a new way to support in our world today. With online coaching or therapy, you can have more flexibility in terms of schedules and you don't have to travel, you just need an internet connection and you can be in a quiet and private space.
I believe that with my training and my life experience I can accompany you in a warm, peaceful way, at your own pace, and with a lot of patience. Therapy is more and more accessible so take advantage of it to live in the most satisfying way possible.

As an emotional biodecoder, I want to accompany adults to heal the symptoms or conflicts that they may be manifesting, through exploration and self-observation (adults only). Locating those emotions that are trapped in the body. These emotions generally manifest themselves in symptoms on a physical level (illnesses, injuries, ailments, etc.) or behavioral (addictions, recurring patterns, mental blocks, etc.).
