Squash lessons for beginners or intermediate players of all ages.
Depending on your needs, we can work on the physical aspects and/or the technical aspect of squash.
To make faster progress, a private lesson is recommended but if you wish to have the lesson with another player of your choice, this is possible as well. It is preferable that you both have a similar squash level.

The 4 Pillars of Coaching are Technical, Tactical, Physical and Psychological (Emotional, Social, Mental Skills). This framework guides my coaching instruction of your player. I look at the whole player, their strengths and the areas for improvement. Technique and skill are the keys, as well as attitude.

1) Personal Coaching: I coach players 10-17 years for individual technique development, for outfield players and goalkeepers in a challenging and enjoyable way.
- 1 to 1; 1 to 2; or small groups up to 4 a specialty.
- Training sessions are filmed for feedback and improvement.
- A session plan and review document is completed for each session.

2) Sports Performance Analyst: match filming and video analysis for a) teams b) individuals. This allows learning and reflection and also indicates areas to improve on.

I can come to you or we can find a suitable venue and meet there; usually indoors for weather protection. Venue hire costs are additional.
