About Me

Traductrice de formation, j'ai commencé en entreprise, secteur dans lequel j'ai travaillé en équipe pendant plus de 15 ans. J'ai constamment cherché à concilier les objectifs de performance de l’entreprise et mon épanouissement personnel.

C’est à partir de ce moment que j’ai compris la différence entre aller à un cours de groupe une fois par semaine et pratiquer en autonomie tous les jours ou presque. C’est comme comparer un escargot à un lièvre en matière d’effets tant du point de vue physique qu’émotionnel et relationnel. Forte d'une expérience de 18 années, j’ai déjà accompagné plus d’une centaine de personnes sur le chemin d’un mieux-être au quotidien.
