Hi Good day!. I'm teacher Gladys or you can call me teacher Lan. I'm from the Philippines and I've been teaching for 3 years and months both online and offline.

I teach different levels;adults and kids. Teaching high level and young learners is very different because based on my experience every time I teach young learners I use TPR (Total Physical Response), visual aids and props as those are the most essential thing that we need to have in teaching children since they lean more on visual learning.

And for young learners it's important to use simple words and repeat the vocabulary and have different kind of activities which should be engaging because we all know that children have short attention span also children love receiving rewards and positive feedback from the teacher because it's not only about TPR or visual aids and props they also need SEL (Social Emotional Learning).
