English is the simplest language to learn in the world. You may think I'm nuts if I say this, but bear with me as I clarify. English, unlike other languages, does not have cases, gender, or word agreement, and has a relatively basic grammar structure.

More than just homework support - we work specifically to close gaps. Grammar, vocabulary, text production etc. are taught in a child-friendly way. In parallel to school lessons, I design my lessons so that the pupil actually masters the foreign language. This includes repetitions of grammar, speech training and text editing. Topics are tailored to the interests of the student and the content is conveyed in such a way that the student can actively use them instead of just acquiring passive, exam-oriented knowledge. I have a degree in linguistics / German studies and learned other modern foreign languages in addition to French. I have been teaching schoolchildren for a few years now and I know a lot about the difficulties that French in particular brings with it. Lack of use in everyday life, complex grammatical topics and the dwindling interest in learning often cause problems. Contrary to popular belief, learning Latin is not like learning the phone book by heart. I offer you Latin lessons that are unlike any other. There are two types of courses. Here is an analogy to illustrate their respective approaches: If you take the train back and forth every day and don't have time to wait long at the platform, imagine that you only have two options: 1) Learn the schedules by heart. 2) Note that the train arrives every ten minutes and that a train arrives for example at 7:00 a.m. In school pedagogy, in study notebooks and in ordinary courses, it is the first approach which is adopted - in the courses that I offer you, it is the second because it is more economical and faster. My offer is aimed at both students and adults who want to learn the Latin language or deepen their knowledge without time-consuming detours through the insanities of school methods which do not produce results. Learning is easy but unlearning what has become a bad habit is extremely difficult. All the more important it is to learn the right reflexes as early as possible. With my tailor-made teaching you will accelerate your learning in a positive state of mind. I offer individual or group Latin lessons (2 to 5 people). The methods are based on cognitive sciences and in particular historical linguistics.
