My name is Clio, I am a professional musician and educator based in Cologne. I am offering private lessons, at your place, in German, English, and Greek. During my teaching experience, I have taught people of different ages and levels with special expertise in little kids.

Learning an instrument can be a lot of fun; it helps you develop your self-expression and makes you smarter!

Information and structure of my lesson:

~Fundamental technical knowledge of the instrument well combined with musical and theoretical knowledge based on the material that you study.

~Adaptable to the student's personal learning pace, needs, and level.

~The teaching material includes the classical basics but is at the same time adjustable to your personal wishes!

~It is important for me that you are feeling comfortable and relaxed, as I find this essential for a good lesson and helpful to your learning process.

Hello, I’m a franco-Peruvian singer, living in Cologne where I recently finished my studies.

I teach singing for all ages and levels in Cologne, at my place in Mülheim, and I can also come to yours if you’re residing in the Cologne region. I’m also offering Skype/Zoom lessons, with which I’ve had incredible success. I can teach in my maternal languages french, spanish and english as well as german of course.

I have a long experience as a choir conductor for primary school children as well as private teacher for young adults and people wanting to discover their voices and get a healthy, solid technique.

Hello everybody!
I have been teaching guitar and bass for eighteen years now and during this time I have taught beginners, advanced students and semi-professional musicians.
With me you can learn acoustic as well as electric guitar and rock, pop, metal, blues, folk, country and funk.
As an experienced musician, producer and band leader, I can also bring you closer to the creative side (improvisation, writing songs, working in a band or generally with other musicians) of making music.

In my Oboe lessons I like to focus on the individual needs of the student, for instance breathing technique, posture, the embouchure, or finger work. I set my lessons around the music my students are learning and focus on creativity within the music and exploring the different ways of musicality, so that my students can have a wide skill set of phrasings, dynamics and articulations.
I include reed making in my classes depending on the student's ability with the instrument, and I am very happy to provide reeds as well as an extra service.

When I teach piano, I include a range of different styles in my lessons. For beginners, I work from various books to encourage them to learn how to read notes on the page as well as playing freely. I also include melody writing which makes the process of learning notes and music easier and more exciting for the student.
I work on posture, finger work and different ways of expression on the instrument which gives the student a choice of how to perform and different ways of expressing their musicianship.
I coach abilities from complete beginner to intermediate.

Hi !

My name is Nacho, I've just sold my grand piano and moved to Köln in order to pursue a career in music, so I am always practicing and doing concerts so I guess it can really motivate you to practice. I am graduated with honors in Piano Performance programs, I really love my job and I hope to help you with your development as a musician.

If the lessons are for your children I think I am really good with kids because I make them enjoy music and I know how to adapt to their needs and goals. I have several experiences with classical music, studying with world-class pianist and universities as Royal College of Music (London), Conservatorio Superior Joaquín Rodrigo (Valencia), Folkwang University of the Arts (Essen), Hochschule für Musik (Köln). In addition, as hobby I enjoy to do modern music.

I speak English since I lived in London for one year and my native language is Spanish, I am learning German as fast as I can but at the beginning, lessons wouldn't be in German.
