I am a certified Yoga instructor who practices traditional Vinyasa flow largely inspired by the Ashtanga primary series. My classes are intense but rewarding.
My practice is focused on athletic individuals from beginner to experienced yogis – I will tailor the class to an individual’s needs and create a challenging sequence that is sure to leave you inspired and ready to tackle the day!

I’ll bring the music, the energy, and the flow to you!

The lesson will be held at a location that is convenient for the student. Students can use his/her own props (i.e. blocks, belt, mat) or I can provide upon request.

- I moved to Amsterdam in May 2019 from New York City. Working as a head hunter, I have excellent interpersonal skills and love to build connections with others.

- I have a passion for music, running, and hiking, as well as Yoga!
- I completed my yoga teacher training in Goa, India in Fall 2019 and have decided to focus on teaching private lessons to better understand my student and provide the most meaningful practice to him or her.
- I am a nurturer and will be sure each student feels comfortable, relaxed, and confident!
