Years ago I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease that led me to approach yoga and other beautiful holistic disciplines such as astrology, tarot and Bach flowers, with the desire to better understand the functioning of the human being, both on a physical level and - above all - emotionally. Over time, I've learned to listen to my body's message and have come to understand that behind many illnesses lies a deep disconnection from oneself and a lack of self-care tools. Through a restorative and anatomically conscious approach, I adapt the practice so that each person can move safely, confidently, and respectfully toward their own limits. Ona has been a much better teacher than I could've hoped for. First and foremost, she has the ability to be very adaptable with respect to the way that she instructs you. Whether it be observing and understanding how the student learns most effectively or more explicitly, you can tell what you want to learn and how you'd like to do so. Many teachers, I have found, have a method and stick with it, without consideration of how a student may learn best. That ability on its own distinguishes between what is a good/average teacher and a GREAT teacher or coach. She is also extremely kind and patient (something very important for me, as I tend to struggle!), which makes learning something difficult and a bit exhausting at times, much more enjoyable than it would be otherwise. S-Tier Instructor!

My son is having online tutoring with Suneel and is extremely happy with the progress he is making. I only wish we had started sooner as I think a consolidation class each week at the very least helps cement what is learnt in school. We will be happy to continue weekly after the summer holidays
