No matter what stage in life, we all love a nice homemade meal. Perhaps you have always wanted to show off your cooking skills to your friends or family at a dinner party.
Unfortunately, not everyone is able to have this whether due to lack of time, finances or cooking ability. This course is made to bring confidence to yourself and inspire you to look at cooking in a different light. You can all do it, you can all enjoy it.
I am not a professional. I will teach you what I learned through mindfulness practice and organisation skills to learn how to cook and enjoy food more.
The course will involve basic cooking practises and theory, time management tips, psychology and mental wellness strategies and batch cooking. You will also learn how to create hundred of recipes from just a few simple bases.
