You'll need a quiet, uninterrupted space. If you use headphones, it's better, but it's not essential.
Meditation helps us live in peace with our inner voices, and helps our minds work in our favor. A few minutes of meditation a day regenerates us in all our bodies (physical, mental, energetic, and etheric).
In my classes, I give you tools to navigate your daily life: self-observation exercises, conscious breathing, ways to practice active meditation, and more.
We also redefine everything we think meditation means, because clearing our mind isn't meditation. I can tell you that meditation is more about learning not to punish ourselves internally, and thus being able to appreciate external things with a different perspective.

Yoga means union, true integration between body, mind and soul.
The classes I share are therapeutic because in them we observe ourselves, get to know ourselves, and heal ourselves through postures, breathing exercises, and meditation.
I share Integral Yoga because it integrates all the styles of yoga I've practiced and studied. But its roots are primarily Hattha Yoga, where we respect the cyclical nature of our internal solar and lunar energy channels.
I have shared practices with all kinds of people, of all ages, everyone is welcome here.
I can also adapt classes for people with reduced mobility.
