As a private chef with 14 years experience, I am happy to teach you anything I can. From simple preparation techniques and basic dishes, to complex recipes and meals. From canapés and desserts, to nutritious meals and menu planning. I have worked in hotels, ski resorts, super yachts and michelin starred restaurants. Last year I started teaching small classes on a weekly basis.
