- I am currently an IB graduate who is looking to tutor before university. - I have studied IB chemistry and biology at higher level and these are subjects that I know quite well and am willing to teach at either standard or higher level. - Mathematics is something that I have always been strong in, however in IB, I only took Mathematics AA at standard level so that is the capacity at which I can tutor for that subject. - As far as the tutoring experience, I have tutored multiple students before at high school all of which greatly benefited from the experience. We would meet and they would tell me which specific subject areas they may be struggling with and I can sit down and explain the topic area, provide practice questions, recommend recourses etc. - Tutoring with me involves sitting down, making sure that you understand the fundamental concepts of the topic area beyond just the surface level, so that you are able to apply your knowledge to a broad range of questions. - This will be enhanced through practice questions and different ways to apply your knowledge.
