Hello All! I am offering yoga classes online or in person (socially distanced), that can range from 45 mins to 1 hour. The classes will be adapted to what you are looking for in your yoga practice. This can start with breath-work, asanas, meditation, flexibility and overall creating a mindfulness for your body and all it can do. Yoga is more than just the physical postures, it's about creating awareness for you body and mind. If anyone is interested please reach out.
