This course focuses on improving breathing, reducing jaw and facial tension, and restoring functional balance in the orofacial area.
As a Speech and Language Therapist, I work with the connection between muscles, breathing patterns, posture, and overall well-being. Many people experience issues such as jaw tension, bruxism (teeth grinding), mouth breathing, or difficulties with swallowing and speech without fully understanding their origin.
Through personalized sessions, we will work on:
– Breathing patterns (nasal vs. oral breathing)
– Jaw and facial muscle relaxation
– Posture and its impact on the orofacial system
– Functional exercises for lips, tongue, and coordination
– Awareness of tension and stress patterns in the body
This course is suitable for both children and adults, and can support not only physical function but also overall comfort, relaxation, and body awareness.
